Real ICMP ping · IPv4 & IPv6

Ping online

A real ICMP ping to any domain or IP, IPv4 and IPv6, with minimum, average and maximum latency.

Real ICMP ping (3 packets) executed from the server to the host. An IPv4 address tests only IPv4, an IPv6 address only IPv6, a domain tests both families. Private and reserved addresses are not allowed.

What is Ping?

The ping tool is essential for diagnosing network connectivity. It sends small data packets to a destination and measures the round-trip time in milliseconds.

What it's used for

  • Connectivity check — verify if a server is online and reachable
  • Latency — measure response time in milliseconds
  • Packet loss — identify unstable connections
  • Diagnostics — distinguish local issues from ISP problems

How to interpret values

Under 20ms: excellent (gaming, VoIP). 20–50ms: good for general use. 50–100ms: acceptable for browsing. Above 150ms: noticeable issues for real-time apps. The ping is executed from our server via IPv4 and IPv6 simultaneously.
